Categories - is there a way to change the order they are shown in

Categories - is there a way to change the order they are shown in, they are currently alphabetical. i would prefer for them to be by most common issues as i have trouble with end user posting everyth...

Many Thanks i had thought of that, i didn't know if there was official way of doing it that would be neater.
