I'm trying to find information about the Knowledge Base import facility mentioned here, but I can't find anything. Googling found this post, where an import is both mentioned and acknowledged by "the team". But, I can't find any UI for it in Service Desk, nor any reference to it in the online help, and my submitted tickets keep getting me links to useless help articles I've already read.
I'm sure I must be missing something very obvious.
Any help?
