- Joshua DavidsonActive ContributorI don't think you can automatically append company name to subject but you can show company names on the incident dashboard if you first go into Account-Wide Settings, go to the Labs tab, and put a checkbox next to "Show more info on incident dashboard: Show the status, category, customer and company name on the incident dashboard "
Note that you still have to click Show More Info each time you go to the Incident dashboard to display this data.
