WIll do.
One thing I noticed is that the device is listed with an APAPI IP address. No doubt due to the fact that it has multiple NICS. I've disabled all the special ones now.
Oh, interesting. Please let us know if that corrects the issues and I will let the team know. I am not sure how much testing has been done with multiple NIC PCs

Okay great. Please do the following:
- Unzip the file
- Click on my community profile picture
- Click on Send Message (private)
- Attach the unzipped log files to a message and send them to me

Well I sent you a private message but mentioned that there was no mechanism to attach a file and doubted that you would find one. I've not heard back. So, I'm ready to send the file but need some mechanism for doing so.
