Just to let you know, we are seeing this same behavior but with LMI AV. It seems whatever LMI component looks for all AV on the system and sees Windows Defender as an installed AV. So, even though you are only using one AV, it counts Windows Defender as an installed AV so it says you have redundant anti-virus.
It's annoying but it doesn't affect the software from doing its job. That's about all you can hope for from LogMeIn support. Asking support to fix it won't get you anywhere.

Thank you for that. I do truly appreciate it. We've had this happen for some time now and each time we brought it to support the answer was lackluster.
if it helps, I have attached a screenshot of what it looks like on about 50% of our machines. ~200 or so

Can you please confirm some of the affected OS and LMI Host software versions installed from the affected machines?
