Where are you downloading the installer from? Is it from a Installer Package in Central? If so, it may have a Host Preference package attached to it.
It may be too far fetched, but could it be an Antivirus blocking the software?- burningman1New Contributor
not antivirus. downloaded from your website. says it installs fine. opens to taskbar but cannot open to view. just sits locked in taskbar. services say it is running.
