PMLouis It is strange that this only affects some of your clients. Is there any difference in their User Account profiles, the Outlook security preferences, or LAN connections?

The only change we have made is the installation of logMein/AV. In some case we have created another local user profile, and we didn't have this issue anymore. It's about to confirm, this is the solution....
