Install Stuck on Proxy Settings Screen

I am loading the latest version of LMI on a Win 7 host PC and cannot get past the Proxy Settings screen, no matter what I select - "Use Proxy Server" (default 104.129.196.40 address), or unchecking that box.  I get an error -2080439550 that is telling me to configure my proxy settings.

    sjr1  Sorry about that.  Does your proxy require authentication at any point?

      The problem ended up being internal.  IT made some changes that I wasn't aware of.  The proxy info was supposed to be loading automatically, but on one machine it wasn't doing so.  All good now.
