Hi LewisPeters, welcome to the GoTo Community,
An SSL handshake error usually occurs when there is an older version of the LogMeIn host or Client trying to make a connection. Can you confirm the software is on the most up-to-date version?

I'm having this same issue on several windows server 2008 machines. Logmein is up to date and they've all been failing over the past month or so. The log keeps cycling the trust chain failure. Manually installing the digicert G2 into trusted root certificates didnt help.

Have you tried installing the certificate in Local Machine, and not Current User?
