Custom Task with Logging

Question

Hello,I have a custom task created with Logging set to "Use custom log file". I specified the path to the log file to upload (C:	emp\install.log). Where can I find this log file?&nbsp;I would expect this log file to reside in History &gt; Device &gt; Output &gt; View log file.&nbsp;Thank you for your help

armant&nbsp; The log files&nbsp;should definitely be on the Host end, at the path designated by the admin who installed.&nbsp;&nbsp;

thanks. It is on the host for sure. I am trying to pull this log that reside on a device to LMI. I am trying to download the log file without connecting to the device.&nbsp;

Sorry, I don't know of any way to gather the logs without connecting to the remote PC.&nbsp;
