I have the same issue. There's at least one other thread about this.
LogMeIn development hasn't been very responsive about this and other glitches.
This is very anoying to say the least as I can't reset the status of some found false positives and that warning stays next to the machine.

I would like to report that it seems they have fixed this issue.
There are even some changes to that screen with some new features, etc.
There's a chance the problem was caused by the developers working on that screen. If that's the case, it would be nice if LMI would notify the down time to its clients. I know there's also a change they went ahead and decided to implement the changes since something was already down. In any case, it would be nice to have a better feedback in general, after all, we're all paying customers!

I'll investigate within our AV team, and can you also tell me what you've done so far to troubleshoot?
Are all of the affected PC on the same network?

- Troubleshoot? tried different browsers from chrome, the new edge, internet explorer

Thanks. We've identified a problem with dark mode specifically, and should have a resolution soon. When I have confirmation of a fix I'll try to update this thread.
