Advanced camera settings to individually adjust brightness, redness etc.
We'd like to make advanced adjustments for camera settings and change the brightness & redness in the video from individual speakers as we prepare for our webinar. We used this feature in the classic GoTo experience but can't find the advanced preferences in the new dashboard. I got the reply from GoTo, that the advanced camera settings are not yet available in the new GoTo experience but only in the classic version of GoTo. Even if the camera was optimized in general in the new experience, it's still very useful to make some advanced camera adjustments in the settings according to the current light atmosphere. Please release this feature in the new GoTo experience, thank you.273Views0likes2CommentsParticipants on the Phone need to hear the audio from a shared video
We occassionally need to have simulated live or include pre-recorded webinars. However, as it currently stands anyone who just calls in cannot hear the audio. Some of our constiuents live in rural areas without reliable internet access or who don't have computers/smart phones. They are being denied access to valuable information! Please do something to recify this!3.9KViews1like8CommentsImport more than one video to video library
We move our webinar library from one system to another one. We have around 50 webinars that we need to move into GTW. Unfortunately, it's super time-consuming for us as I can't upload more video materials at one time and I need to do it one by one. It seems that this is quite an outdated approach and now - every system where you host videos or files (like Google Drive or YouTube) enables you to upload several files at one time. Maybe you can consider removing the limit of uploaded files at one time?524Views0likes5CommentsNotifications for recorded video registration
Currently, GoToWebinar only provides notifications for registrations to upcoming Webinars. But what about recorded webinar videos? - GotoWebinar provides a shared link to recorded webinar videos. - These recorded Webinar videos require registration. - Registrations are captured and available in Analytics reports. But there is no notification for new registrations. How will you know someone clicked on your link and registered? Manually checking periodically to see if there are new registrations in an Analytics report is impractical. This seems like a no-brainer to add notifications for new registrations to video recordings.894Views0likes3CommentsRestart video from where paused, not from beginning
We often share prerecorded videos, usually uploaded mp4 files, during our live webinars. It would be very helpful to be able to pause or stop the video so we can have a live Q&A, then be able to restart the video where it was paused/stopped. Right now if it's stopped, when you select the video again, it starts from the beginning. I realize we can divide the video into sections and pick section 1, section 2, etc., but sometimes we are provided video from our presenters and we do not have the bandwidth to edit videos like this. thanks!1.4KViews1like3CommentsAbility to upload video during a live webinar
Please add the ability to upload a video while a webinar is happening. Today, we had a webinar and needed to upload a video we just received and wasn't able. It is not convenient to stop the webinar, so we need the ability to add another video(s) during the live session. Thank you!560Views0likes1Comment
