Origin Report on which interface attendees join
Hi there, is there a way to find out how many participants participated via browser, desktop or smartphone? We are discussing about integrating more interactivity into our webinars which only makes sense if the majority of attendees join via desktop / browser and not mobile. Thanks, Thomas2.3KViews3likes11CommentsReport to show attendee reactions
Hi, In a standard webinar using the new desktop app, the attendees have options to send 'reactions' during the webinar (like, heart etc). It would be great if there was a report to show the insights of these reactions that's available to organisers to view in the analytics section after the webinar. It will help them understand what content and parts of the webinar the audience liked/disliked.114Views0likes1CommentAdditional Field(s) in Bulk Registration - add company name, position, membership id, etc
I would prefer to have the function of allowing organisers to including more field when doing a bulk registration. The report generated by GoToWebinar after each event is very useful, but the attendee information is limited to name and email, which is not enough for post event analysis. More fields, such as company name, position, membership id, etc. would greatly help the post evaluation of each event hosted. Thanks!769Views0likes1CommentShow Canceled Webinars in Analytics
I went to cancel a webinar and inserted my new copy message. However, I wanted to save and preview. What occurred was the system automatically Cancelled the webinar and didn't send a message to registrants. Now, I can't return to a saved copy to make edits or the fact that an email that wasn't entirely ready to deploy actually deployed (or maybe it didn't deploy??) to the registrants. I went to the Past Events tab, and the original webinar set-up/schedule that was cancelled doesn't appear anywhere. No trace. No way to recover. Probably no deployment. It would be a great idea to keep record of webinars that have been set-up, cancelled, and saved. Allow the user to delete or keep for tracking purposes. I really needed to repurpose and reschedule this webinar. Now, your system has removed it completely!286Views0likes1CommentAdd a multi-session registration report
Please allow for multi-select so that we can pull multiple webinars at once for Registration and Attendee reports! I schedule dozens of webinars a month, and my account managers are asking for a comprehensive list of our clients who have attended my webinars over the past year. Exporting each webinar to excel and combining is so time consuming and I don't have the time to do it! I love your product other than this huge limitation. (moderator's note: A multi-session attendee report has been added)7.8KViews2likes24CommentsExport Multiple Sessions in Registration Report
I saw that you made a new "involvement" report in which it is possible to make a multi-selection of the sessions in order to export all the users interventions in one click. It would be very useful to be able to extend the multiselection to the "Registration" report which allows you to export only one session at a time. Thank you!392Views0likes1CommentIntroducing Registrant.Left and Webinar.Ended Webhook Events
I'm excited to share an idea that could significantly enhance our experience on the Goto Webinar platform. Currently, we don't have access to two crucial webhook events: registrant.left and webinar.ended Proposal: 1. Registrant.Left Webhook Event: This event would provide real-time notifications when a registrant leaves a webinar before its completion. Use case: Understand audience engagement and identify reasons for drop-offs, enabling targeted follow-ups. 2. Webinar.Ended Webhook Event: This event would trigger when a webinar concludes, providing instant feedback on the session's completion. Use case: Streamline post-webinar activities, gather attendance data promptly, and automate post-event communications.611Views0likes3CommentsLonger Date Range than a year in Generate Reports
Our webinars are still being viewed. 365 days is the cut-off date to pull a report from the "Generate Reports" page. After that we only see the name and not the email address of who viewed the webinar. Can you make this cut-off date range maybe 2 years or increments of n years?3.1KViews0likes5Comments
