Registrant Test Report - Include email Address. Email address is unique but names are not
In the registrant Test report, I can only see the First and Second Name. However there are instances where the First name may be same for many individuals " Samuel/Mohammad" and the second name could be an Initial. So it is not unique. Only email address is unique so we need to also include the Email address in the registrant test report. I had migrated from Webex. Webex included the email address and it definitely makes it easier to sort out the attendees. As a minimum please include the Email address field.
Bulk reporting option
Use GTT weekly, LOVE IT, but I need a report of the attendees for all sessions over one year, no way to do in ONE list. Cannot doreporton every session, too much time and effort makes it impractical.Alsowhy not have a feature like the one that lists upcoming session with the names and emails of participants that attended kept accessible, then I could go inan copyemail.This pertinent information needed for marketing, communication and customer service feedback more effectively.Create the option to extract Historical Reports and Simultaneous Reports
There is the need to create historical or simultaneous reports. For example an option to extract the annual or historical attendees report of all the sessions in just one step, instead of having to run each event report separeted. This will save lots of time and effort for the user since yo don't provide a solution to this now. Thanks.😊
Autogenerated Certificates should be easily edited
Hi GTT Community, I've been running across an issue with our autogenerated GTT certificates for our training attendees. Our courses are usually cover detailed, specific materials and as such, need titles that can get a little lengthy. Because there are only so many textbox areas on the certificate, we have to include the course code, the course title, and number of credits in one section that is often covered by the GTT logo in the center (See below). Has anyone else encountered a similar issue? I think in an update, GTT should make editing of these certificates an option. My company offers training to our customers on a daily basis. These trainings are required as they go through the onboarding process so we often need to be able to look up whether a customer has completed a specific training class with us. The current reports make this a very difficult process. It would be amazing if we had a search functionality that would allow us to look up whether a specific company or participant has attended and the date and time attended. If not a search functionality, updating the reports to allow for this information to be found would be fantastic. Running an Attendee Report by session is not efficient for company's completing training multiple times a day.
