Voicemail reports
I saw a few other suggestions on this but I also want to suggest that there should be some type of voicemail report under the call reports. Managers should have visibility into voicemails to ensure that team members are handling voicemails. Also, there should be an option to retrieve deleted voicemails as well. Goto really needs to look into enhancing this and making this an option as I know I am not the only client who would have a need for this.
Export complete User Directory including all prefixes
We would like the ability to print a user directory. Currently, a list of phone numbers can be exported, but the associated user name or dial plan is not listed. We can also export a list of extensions with user names, but there is no prefix. We have more than 1 prefix for our phone numbers so need the prefix to be included. Thank you.
Keep Search Parameters when viewing Recording History
This page needs to be fixed, so that once you click on one recorded message on the left column and wish to switch to another one, you can do so without refreshing the page which deletes all your parameters for the search. It should be a simple matter to simply look for the date up or down, and click on that recording, and have the page repopulate with the chosen recording.
