Re-open Past Training - Allow Open Training Time Slots
I'd like to be able to re-open a recent training session to add additional time slots to it. With much of the training I do, not every training date for a given client is known in advance. Unfortunately, once the training is "in the past" (even by 5 minutes), I can seemingly no longer modify it. Anyone know if this is possible? I wish that I was able to schedule the start and end dates separately from actual sessions - so I could have an 'open' training that I could add times to. I suppose I'd have to set some fictitious training as the last session in order to establish that window? One of the biggest reasons I use this tool is the custom scheduling option - it's so nice to set up non-standard recurring windows and have them populated to the attendee's calendar once registered. But in my current predicament, I've just used an entirely different product b/c I don't want the attendees to have to copy a past training and have everyone re-register, etc.191Views0likes1CommentCustomizable options for cancelation policy to be listed.
May I make a suggestion? Let us make certain changes to reminders, for example at the bottom it says they can cancel anytime. We need to be able to change that to say something on the lines of if you should need to reschedule or cancel your training kindly give the organizer 24 hours notice so they can open that time for another training.213Views0likes1CommentQR for registration
For our trainings, we create agendas with the link embedded in the document. However, if it is printed off as a handout, it would be nice to have the registration be a QR code. MS Forms has this ability and I think it would be a great addition to the GoTo Training registration process.299Views0likes1CommentNeed Google Calendar Link in Registration Emails
The Registration Email that users receives only has an ics file. This is so outdated. GoToWebinar product has it right... three different types of calendar links in the registration email, including Google. GoToTraining desperately needs this as well.3.6KViews0likes10Comments
