Hi!
I was wondering how, and if it's possible to delete your webinar history? Does anybody know if this is possible? Thanks in advance,

Hi,
While organizers do not have the ability to delete webinars from their history, we can delete your entire webinar account and history as per GDPR compliance if you close it. Please contact Support and make that request.

MJCrowley Hi there,
The only 'solution' for requesting GoToWebinar history deletion is to create a case with Customer Support. If you subscribe to this thread, we will let everyone know when/if this feature request is enabled.

Just wondering if there has been any progress on this feature?
We advertise our webinars on a webpage with the registration links and it seems as though people can register for events in the past. It would be great if we could delete past events, including those that were test runs when we started.

Lack of this functionality is sloppy or lazy programing. Everyone does 'test events' to try out the platform, the inability to delete these is dissapointing.

Raising this issue again...it seems to come up year over year. We also create practice webinars and they clog up our webinar history. Other webinar platforms have the option to create a real webinar or a practice webinar, and the two are separate in the webinar history list. Only the real webinars integrate with Salesforce. Something gotowebinar could definitely improve upon!

Rachel1290 You need to reactivate an expired account in order to download any past webinar data.
sheriascencio Sorry for the delays, I am expecting a solution by this year's end.

Is there a way I can reach support by email to request for deletion of past webinars. I cannot call support speak due to a personal limitation.
