I will share this feedback with the team, but could you let me know why you are unable to download the built-in music to reupload it to use the volume normalization feature when uploading new sound clips or custom hold music? Thanks
I have attached a screenshot (above) from one of the Admin portals for our client's system/built-in hold music and I circled in red the only two options it provides for the system music. Those two options from left to right on the circled section are "Add to playlist" and "Play".
I attached a second screenshot (above) showing the Uploaded (custom) Hold music in the Admin portal, which provides an option to download those audio clips represented by the down arrow button on the right.
In short, if the "System" Hold music had a download option as well, this would allow us to easily download those audio files and re-upload them to modify the volume normalization levels.
