Any update on this? I called technical support last week to report the issue, spent a good 2 hours on the phone troublehsooting with an agent. I was promised a called back the following day and no call back. This is really frustrating as I have have to go through another system in order to help my Mac clients who I've previously set-up Unattended Access. --Octavio

I am sorry for the frustration.
During your troubleshooting, did you fully reinstall Rescue on one of the problem Macs before rebooting and retesting?
Do you know if this started happening after the Macs received system updates from Apple?
