Taking remote of a workstation when to add 48 digit Bitlocket recovery key

Is it possible for Logmein to take a remote of a user when the system is Bitlocker recovery mode, means the agent has to put the 48 digit recover key to the enduser,Pls note the end user laptop is not logged in now
