Problems using mega.co.nz and Hamachi

My problem is this 
If you install Hamachi and use mega, the download speed is only 1mb ~ 1.4mb
I already asked questions to support team but why Write for here? need more information help
About interface metrics i am Changed to 9000, but still the same. 
After Windows Initialize Hamachi installed and immediately confirmed The default was metric 9000.
The bigger problem Even if we delete Hamachi The problem is not solved It's the same
Because of this problem Windows format once  and Because we initialized Windows once
I had formatted it twice and after that the result Scary to install Hamachi again
