Logmein Rescue app not WORKING in macOS Catalina

Turns out it isn't just the Accessibilty setting needed on the Catalina Client.  There is also a Screen Recording option now thanks to Apple's new separation of permissions.

Note the document says there are 3 different applications involved.  You may not see all 3 but you need to enable access if they exit.
