I have also been experiencing this issue as well over the past two weeks. Where I've been able to connect to any of my remote computers at will in the past, I can only reliably know I can connect to machines on my LAN currently.
Have raised the issue with tech support (case 13852847) and have been promised responses or updates twice, I have yet to receive anything.
I am also looking at a replacement product now, as a large majority of my work force is at remote job sites.

dwilkins It looks like the support rep sent you a follow up email with a request for screen shots or video of the problem as it's happening. Since we are unable to reproduce this internally, could you please check your email filters for the message sent last week and respond directly to that email itself?
