help me plz!!

I am having a connection problem via relay / encapsulation transmitted, I have been having this problem for a few months and no video tutorial so far has helped me.

    GGCCRR  Sorry, could you elaborate on the connection type you are making to Rescue systems?  Is this being rerouted through specific locations?

      Meredith85  Sorry, could you elaborate on your issue a little bit more?  Exactly where is the failure taking place?  What's the user experience like?  Have you done anything to troubleshoot yet?
