Can log me show when computers go offline?

Our company currently switched over to Log me In from TeamViewer and I have been asked by leadership if there is a way to show when computers go offline?

Example being - -in TeamViewer today, when a computer goes offline and the technician has the console up and running - it will show a pop up on the bottom right of their screen stating "Computer123 is offline".

Is this possible in log me in?

thanks

  • Hi Hartzell1, welcome to the community.

When you open your list of unattended computers there is a Status column which shows if they are currently offline or not.

      Glenn,

When I click on Unattended Accessible or Unattended Search - nothing comes up.

The Connect On LAN works fine.

      Thanks

        Hi Hartzell1

It should populate, if you don't see any listed items when clicking on "Unattended Accessible," it's likely because there are currently no unattended computers set up on the account or they aren't associated with the technician account being used for sign-in.
