Remote Access logs on my server

Morning All, 

 

We have an 3rd party IT company that looks after our servers and use LogMeIn Pro to remote access using their own subscription. My question is how can I tell how often they are connecting and when their last connection was and duration using the logmein control panel? I do not have access to their log on information. Is this possible?

    Hi MikeMawdsley, welcome to the community.

     

    If you double click the LogMeIn icon down near the clock the LogMeIn Control Panel should open and from there you can select Options  and then Connection and Event Details. On the next screen there should be a list of Close Remote Sessions that you can review.
