Mac remote desktop not refreshing

I have a mac which I try to login but for at least the last 6 months it's next to impossible to use as any pop up windows/dialogs come up blank and won't refresh. I have updated both the server and the client many times and it make no difference. The main apple menu is also blank and is a guessing game as to what to use.

    SickOfBadSuppor  I am sorry for all the frustration.

     

    Are these popups directly from the LMI Interface, or are they coming from other desktop applications or websites?  Can you confirm the LMI version in use there?

      these are the normal OS boxes from applications running on the mac while running over a remote connection
