I payed for Renew process .. But It is not renewed

i have a problem with LogmeIn Pro .. today morning i have payed you 299$ for the Renew Process .. but the Renew did not come .. and all Network which is More than 5 Computer is Down ..
My Network is Fall and the work is stopped.. please help me quickly
 
and the Billing History showed as Declined ..
