Please note I was given no option for any monthly subscription , the only option given was the yearly subscription and after paying for it, doesn't perform as advertised.
I had look for another alternative, and I want to cancel the subscription but my credit card information is hooked in the system and there is no option to remove my card details. I barely used for a week by the way.
So kindly please assist to cancel/refund and remove my credit card from the billing.
I'm from Malaysia , and the is no option to request a call back or call the support.. Please support via email.
