Cannot buy a subscription.

I tried to pay by my credit card, but it said that Transaction declined. I have checked with my bank. They say my account is normal. It could be a website traffic problem. How to buy?

    Hi LMIFC, welcome to the community.

     

    We checked our system and we see the renewal attempt, however the transaction was declined as the CC is reported as stolen. You will need to talk to your Bank again or use a different CC.

      Hi GlennD,

       

      I did talk to my bank already, and they approved my purchase. I tried to buy again after my call to the bank, but it didn't succeed. So I called them again. They said that the transaction was cancelled by the store, not the bank. Could you please, check with your system or your team? I purchased the subscription at 10:47 AM. UTC +07:00. Thank you.

      Hi kksav, I have submitted a support ticket for you, in the meantime I would recommend checking your billing information is up to date and you may want to check with your Credit Card company to see if they have denied the transaction by mistake.
