You should be able to check your registration status on their site https://nuui.us.grasshopper.com/carrierregistration and there should be a reason displayed if it has been rejected. We have listed the most common rejection reasons in this support article: https://support.grasshopper.com/help/register-local-phone-number-enable-texting

Hi, thank you for your reply.
In my case it only says unverified, in yellow, which means that after nearly 1 full year, my brand registration has not been processed.. I've heard that it usually take several weeks, but this is absurd.
I don't want to lose the sms feature.. What can I do?

construction I'm checking with our team to see how you can get more information about why it is unverified still. We have no direct involvement in the process so there are limits on what we can do.
