Multiple Accounts Due To Rigid Extensions

Background:
My wife and I run several small businesses under different names. Different company names have different greetings. However, there are five different TYPES of companies. The structure of Grasshopper's "extension" logic is too rigid for us to have all of our phone numbers, for all of the company names, under one Grasshopper account since pressing "1" would have a different meaning depending on the type of business.

Problem:
Creating multiple Grasshopper accounts would allow us to use different sets of extensions; however, we would be forced to pay for FIVE separate small business accounts.

Question:
Since my wife and I would be the only users on each account, and since our cell phone numbers would be identical on all accounts, is there some way to not pay full price for the four additional accounts?

Hi FredLackey welcome to the GoTo Community, thanks for checking it out.

To clarify, in your account instead of using extensions for your five different companies you would like to have five separate numbers?

No, that's the problem. The extension logic is so simplistic that it doesn't seem like there's another way. Ultimately, I would like to have ALL of our phone numbers in ONE account, separate greetings for each company, and multiple sets of extensions.

Let's take two of our companies as an example. Company A is a software company that builds software for other companies. Company B is a woodworking company that creates cabinetry and custom furniture.

The software company, "Company A," would have an extension breakdown similar to:

      1: Technical Support
      2: Billing
      3: Corporate Account Management
      4: Personal Account Management

The woodworking company "Company B" would need a different set of extensions:

      1. Project Specialists
      2. Scheduling Department
      3. Billing Department
      4. Vendors & Subcontractors
      5. Management

We actually run three other types of companies. Of the five types of companies, each operates under multiple LLCs / DBAs.

In a perfect scenario, each LLC/DBA would hear a greeting for that specific company and then be directed to a menu for the TYPE of company. Even if we COMBINE the greeting and menu recording into one audio file, the digits 1-9 are not the same from one company type to the next.

      Hope that make sense.

FredLackey I'm not sure that is possible, I'm checking with the team for any ideas.
