Message "You need the appropriate permissions to use this application"

Hi, I use the GoTowebinar application to do webcast seminars.

 

Yesterday some customers trying to enter from their mobile devices through the GoTo app got this message: "You need the appropriate permissions to use this application. Contact your company's system administrator to validate your license on this product"

 

What solution can I give them?

    Fernando23 - that message is usually connected with someone whose privileges haven't been configured by the admin yet. 

    Attendees do not need to sign in or create an account as an attendee, they can join from the confirmation email or join via Webinar ID. 

    I see that you contacted our support team who took a deeper look, I hope this resolved the issue.
