Multiple users having Gotomypc lag and two users kicked off/can't get backed in

Since 3 PM eastern multiple users connecting to my company's Boston office from home have reported severe Gotomypc lag in their connections. Two users have lost connectivity and haven't been able to ...

    Hi, we apologize for any frustration. It appears one of the carriers that some of our traffic is routed through was experiencing an issue which they have now resolved. Service should now be returning to normal for anyone that was affected.

Rebooting the PCs and reinstalling GTMPC does not get my users back online. Don't put out a status update saying service are functional without testing it first.

Yup, our PC's are showing as available to connect but they just timeout when you actually try. The service status always jumps the gun on resolved issues - it isnt.
