http2 error - cannot login
Today (10/9/24) we have several reports that users are unable to login to GoToMyPC due to http2 errors. Most use are able to connect without issue. Those that are having trouble have connected successfully with the same equipment just yesterday. GoToMyPC Connection Wizard tests are inconclusive - the results for failing computers look the same as the test results for computers that can connect successfully. Using different browsers for connection attempt does not seem to matter. At sites that have multiple computers, all seem to have the same problem. One user just reported being able to connect after having issues for the past few hours without any changes to his local computer.
onlc This issue should be resolved as of a few hours ago.
