Hello! Is it possible for one agent within a call queue to have multiple devices ring at once, but then have no devices ring when on an active call? I have a VoIP desk phone and the GoTo mobi...

In the mobile app, click your profile then select "silence this device"
Will stop the ringing all together so not sure this will work for you, but something to try!
Also something to try - in the web version of the app make sure the phone option selected is your desk phone and not the mobile app (app.goto.com) :
The web app will reset itself so if this does work, know that it will go back to the default "on softphone" every once in a while.
