Lag time in refresh rate post Windows 11 installation

We just installed Windows 11 on the target PC that I normally connect to, now the refresh rate is in minutes and not instant as normally with Windows 10. There is a work around but it requires loweri...

Hi Rich_Abeona welcome to the GoTo Community. We aren't able to replicate this on our side, what we recommend is trying a fresh install, by doing an uninstall/reinstall of the GoTo Resolve and then try a session.
