GotoResolve attachment files in tickets

I have been checking the tickets feature but I am not able to see the possibility of uploading attachments.

 

Where is this option? If is not, will it be in the future?

      Just wanted to follow up on this - it's July now and I still don't see the ability to include attachments in a ticket. Any progress on this one? Thanks

        Hi alexthompson,

         

        We will be releasing the ability to attach files to tickets in the next 2-3 weeks.

    Hi sdiaz,

     

    I am checking with the team to see if this is on the roadmap for GoTo Resolve already. I'll get back to you once I have an answer.
