Hi rdjsupport, welcome to the GoTo Community
Is the group being moved to accessible to the user? If a computer is moved to a group that is not accessible to the user, it will not be visible or accessible to them, this article provides more information.

Yes, my user has access to both groups and all PC's within it. I have recently created this new group, and have moved 4 PC's to the new group, but others will not appear in the app once moved. They do appear in the group list via the LogMeIn Central website, and I can move them back or to other groups.
I started moving multiple PC's at once using the tool after creating the group. I'm not 100%, but I think the successfully moved PC's were the first ones I moved. I have tried to move PC's using the tool & or individually (via properties).
Thanks for your time.

rdjsupport thanks for checking that and getting back to me.
Your best bet would be to contact our support team who can take a look at the groups and determine what is going on.
