Customer has multiple free and also paid licenses. When checking in internal admin the daisy symbols are the same color for the free and the paid licenses. Is there currently a way, or is there a plan to allow for hosting the same video recording from GoToWebinar across multiple channels and/or within multiple groups on the same channel? My company hosts regular monthly webinars on various industry topics, but customers always need to review a group of half a dozen regularly re-presented topics for new employees. It would be great if we could have a channel that hosts our past 2 years of webinars for agents to view at their leisure, but also highlights these Basics videos that are always needed. When running a webcast (vs a standard webinar) the audience does not see ANY titles or names overlaying the image when the panelists share their cameras. This makes it very confusing to attendees who are trying to keep track of a complicated agenda with multiple speakers. If a presenter or panelist logs in from their iPhone, is it possible for them to share their screen in? One of my regular presenters wants to show updates to a products mobile app, but we couldn't find a way of them doing so. I've seen posts from 3-4 years ago saying at the time it was limited to iPads and other posts indicating this functionality might be included in future update - now we're in the future and I wanted to check if was on the roadmap and/or estimated time for inlcusion. Apparently after over a month trying to figure out what was wrong, I’ve been told by support that a paid registration is only available for live or recorded events but that the recorded event cannot be on GoToStage even though when setting up a recorded webinar the option to use GoToStage exists. Unfortunately the registration process will fail once it tries to access payments. We really like the poll-feature to give our webinars some variety and get an immediate feedback on on-topic subjects (it's really good to instantly see the percentages). However we don't like that later in the reports the individual-related answers can be downloaded and seen (we would rather have the anonym percentages). I use the braille note touch pluss, which is like an android tablet with a braille keyboard on it that I can type on, and to navigate the screen by pressing the space bar. Yes, most of the items on the invitation sent after scheduling a webinar should be by default. But, why not have some custom design available. For example, the picture of the presenter is at the bottom of the invitation with no reference to who the person is. Why not have a fill in box allowing for a brief title, introduction or description to go next to or under the picture so it is just not sitting there. Also, A bit more design would help on the title of the event. It could be left as is, or possible enhance the color and size of font. Please consider making the email invitation more inviting. We always have a considerable number of registrants saying they didn't get a confirmation (ends up in spam.) This seriously impacts our attendance numbers. I've had better luck doing a mail merge and sending out confirmations myself. Unfortunately when you download a registration list, it does NOT include each individual's login link. So I go one by one and copy/paste each link from the online report. This is error prone and gets tedious when you have 300++ registrants! Is there a way to do this more automatically? It's causing us to look at other platforms. I've asked support about this many times with no resolution. For reference, we use a Pardot landing page with a form that links to GTW. After someone submits the form we tell them to watch for a confirmation / check their spam folder, but people must ignore that. Is there a way to download report details in a format other than Excel or CSV? These are great if you are feeding them into a 3rd party database or reporting system, but if I just want to send my panelist(s) a quick chart or overview, I need to jump through so many hoops (some due to our own network settings, undoubtedly) to download an Excel file -- which initially doesn't open because my system thinks it's corrupt -- then I have to either run it again or go open it from my Downloads folder, then it opens in Protected mode, so I have to enable Editing. THEN I can start reformatting the text because the header data causes spacing issues with the results data further down in the report. I've attached a screen shot of the "Performance" report as an example. This is not a readable format. Can't something like this be downloaded as a read-to-share PDF? Similarly, the Analytics > Engagement section has a nicely formatted chart view of the survey and Q&A results. I would like to be able to download the results in EXACTLY THIS FORMAT. When you complete a webinar and you DON'T want the registration link to take you to the cloud recording, you have to go in after the webinar is complete and "unlink" the recording. Very manual process. During the webinar setup, I want the option to record in the cloud or locally and decide if the registration link will take people to the recording if it is in the cloud. After that we only see the name and not the email address of who viewed the webinar. Identifying who clicked on a registration link for Go-to-Webinar and diddn't register. To keep things simple, we link directly to the Go-to-Webinar registration forms from our emails. We can then see the recorded number of people who have visited the registration page but can't identifying them unless they register. The "Manage Webinar" page provides a link called "Add to Calendar". In Google Chrome, the link just downloads an .ics file, which, doesn't help with Google Calendar. It should either: be change to a drop-down (similar to what you get when you register for a webinar) that includes "Add to Google Calendar" (among the other options included in on the register confirmation page) <or> the link should be changed to be an actual ical link instead of just downloading an .ics file. We recently discovered the 'cancel this registration' appearing on our reminders e-mail notifications as well as the confirmation of registration screen. We would like to see it made optional for those organizations that need it, our company does not want it and therefore have to go through great lengths to be sure it does not interrupt or confuse our students. Quite a number of our association members are blind or visually impaired and use screen readers such as JAWS when they are using computers. The screen reader actually reads commands out loud so the user can make selections. They report difficulty in finding radio buttons to opt for the telephone number as an alternative, and they are not able to find the question box easily, raise their hand, etc. Is Citrix working to correct this problem?
