Cannot Share an Application
While in a meeting, the admin can share the entire screen but cannot share just one application. This had worked fine until the latest major update at which time, app sharing began to fail. Can't maintain unmute as Organizer

"Use the new GoTo option" doesn't work.

Help: GoTo saving local recordings despite settings
"Save recordings in the cloud" is marked in my settings, which is working fine. But it is also saving recordings locally on my computer in my Documents folder. What's up with that? This never happened for years that I've used GoToMeeting before. It is only a recent issue. Also can I take the opportunity to state it is quite a bizarre decision for videos to be saved to the "Documents" folder, when most OS have a built-in "Videos" folder. The old GoToMeeting app allowed a choice of where videos were saved, if I recall correctly. Cannot screen share an announcement
Before the last "upgrade", if I had a last-minute announcement to our attendees, I could simply create one and put on my desktop, then share my desktop. I seem to have lost that ability. Hi community, we have a small problem after updating our GoTo Meeting licenses. When we now create a new meeting we are not able to add a co Organizer, because the requiered field is missing. We are still using GoTo Meeting Business without the Audio addon function. What we have instead is a drop down menu with a bunch of additonal features, but no co-Organizer. How to fix GoTo time limit regardless chosen duration?
Paid user here. On a Macbook, if that makes a difference. Using GoTo on Chrome browser. Since the recent update, GoTo now has a 40 minute limit to video calls. When we schedule calls, we set the duration to 1 hour. However, the call timer still shows 40 minutes. And once the call kicks us out, when we rejoin, our camera doesn't work anymore no matter how many times we change camera settings or turn it off/on again. How can we set the call duration to 1 hour or longer? And why does our video stop working when we rejoin? As many users have complained, we were forced to switch to the new go to app without any warning. Now this new dumpster fire of an app is missing a key feature -- "remote control all". Now I have to go into the meeting and give participants control one at a time. If someone joins a few minutes late, I have to pause the meeting and take time away to give that person remote control and of course, this happens 10 times over. Why change something that isn't broken? Censoring Option for Closed Captioning?
We had the following feedback in one of our recent training sessions using Gotomeeting: "Auro captions need to censor curse words and racial slurs. Some words words misconstrued by the program in the goto meetings" I get its a Beta feature and the auto captioning itself is going to struggle at first (hopefully it gets better over time). But one of our attendees complained about the lack of censoring in the Closed Captioning. As to the "Racial Slur" comment, none of our presenters use any words that are commonly considered racial slurs, so it must be a word that was also mis-transcribed in the Closed Captioning. PE files download destinations
Hello, Our client machines try to download Microsoft PE files for exampleG2MCoreInstExtractor.exe but our centralized firewall block download. We would like to allow download from specific destinations but there is huge amount of destinations in documentation.
