Return of Deleted Voicemails
I have a program that uses a shared voicemail. They have reported on a few occasions that old voicemails that were deleted reappear in the voicemail as new days or even weeks later. I would sure help out a lot if we (super-admin) could click a link to access a users portal to test and make changes for them. Over the last month or so, we have had an intermittent problem with the quick dial in the Windows application when receiving phone calls (both internal and external). When the call comes in the quick dial pops up and rings, but there is no phone number or options to answer the call. The call can be answered on the cellphone app, but not on the Windows app. The next call we receive works fine and we are able to answer the call with the Windows application. I have been asked to run reports for our customer service group and when I run a 30 report it shows that they did not miss any incoming external calls. Out of over 4K incoming/outgoing calls to the selected users not one incoming was missed. Am I doing something wrong on the report? Hi, I set up an out of hours voicemail message for our organisation and when doing a check to see that it works, we found that there is no record left of the incoming call. We need a record of those calls so that we can follow up when we open. Can someone please advise if there is a way of recording the out of office incoming phone numbers? We have clients that let us know that it is not really possible to leave a voicemail if someone is actively using the line already, because our staff member is on the phone with someone or someone else is trying to leave a message. I think it can get pretty frustrating for clients because the line is always coming up as “busy” and they are unable to leave a message. Is thereany way around this? When I run the Calls Report from Analytics, previous week, ungrouped and filtered by the phone number assigned to a queue, the number of outbound calls is less for the same period in the old Calls Report, Phone Number Activity. Why do the missed ring attempts on the agent performance report not reflect properly on the call reports? Has anyone else noticed this? For example one user on the performance report shows 3 missed ring attempts but then when i go to the call reports and look for the calls with disposition of No Answer from User, the # do not match. I manage a small office (2 people). We planned to have a 2-user system with 2 GoTo connect licenses. We got a Yealink cordless DECT system. I configured it with the help of GoTo support (who wasgreat, by the way!), but now when I look at my admin console, it says that I have 3 (not two) licenses in use. I opened a support ticket, and was told by someone at GoTo that the base station would - in fact - require a third license. Well, that's a problem for me, because if I have to pay for three licenses, I'm payingmore to GoTo Connect each month than I was to my previous provider. Is this really true?
