Installed LogMeIn on a brand new Dell Precision, and it is experiencing glitches where the screen does not update when inputs are sent. If no monitor is connected, the LogMeIn does not update the screen when inputs are sent. I can troubleshoot and get some things to display after sending inputs by changing the Color Quality settings, but windows are still frequently invisible when I send inputs to the computer. The task bar works, but windows won't display when I activate them in the task bar. Uninstalled Dell Display Manager to no avail. I have a task to upgrade software for 400+ endpoints. The task failed on 100+ endpoints. I found myself creating a new plan and selected all endpoints, then deselected the successful 100+ endpoints. Our organization is pushing out smart card login for our users. I've noticed that Central doesn't seem to support this as a method when connecting to a host. We would need to allow users to log in to the computer with the smart card as if they were sitting in front of it. RDP supports a similar function so we know the possibility exists 2. Hi. I've got a series of 73 XP computers which I still connect to via LogMeIn Central. Most are using an old version (2700) as this has always allowed me to connect without issues. I have found recently though (in the last month) that I'm struggling to connect, even when the units are online and can be connected to via TeamViewer. Has LogMeIn altered its settings so that XP units can no longer connect? Has anyone else had the same issues in the last month or so? I still use LogMeIn as the Management Console is better than the competitors, as its the only one I know where computers can be sorted by the time they were last online, which helps me to quickly identify if there are any issues. Hello, We have a change of email address to a different domain name and we must transfer our accounts to this new domain by next week. When users are logging into LMI Central and clicking 'View Profile', it takes them to this page: https://myaccount.logmeininc.com Within this page they are able to change their primary and backup email. They receive the token code and enter this. After this they are unable to login with their old email or their new email. When logging in it just takes them back to the main LogMeIn website. Logging into the app presents the user with 'trial' options. I was able to change my email before the change of login method following the recent security incident, you could do it from the main LMI panel, and not through the GoTo login window. My email was changed fine using the old method. Could this please be looked at ASAP as we have 15-20 users that require account changes and 3 engineers have lost access. I can revert the email back to the original from this pagehttps://myaccount.logmeininc.com/and verify the old email, it then provides the correct machines. I have a computer that will not let me connect. Based on the login details, the connection is being refused because I have another remote client connected. We occasionally use team viewer as a customer of our vendor to allow our vendor to support us and we use logmein for our customers to have remote access. I had been connecting to the logmein remote fine and tried to use the teamviewer and it gave me a message saying we didn't have an account and the connection would drop out in 5 minutes. It drop out in more like 5 seconds and I have not been able to logmein since. I suspect the teamviewer is blocking it somehow. I do not have a remote connection from the IP address in the error message and I confirmed it is my address. I even tried logmein remote of another computer at another customer location so the IP would be different and used that computer to try and remote to the problem machine and still got the same message. I had someone restart the machine. At this point I am locked out of my own remote connection and my customer needs help.SolvedAFSWHQ2 years agoActive Contributor12KViews1like5Commentslogin problems
Good afternoon For some reason I have to change the password to access the goto account but the email that is associated has not been active for 3 years. But I have another email to which the central goto activity arrives. I have been trying to contact customer service for two days but it is impossible, the phones in my country do not work. How can I change the password if the link does not exist in the email they send me? Now I have an account without access and this one that I access but I don't have any computer or networkwaka19722 years agoNew Contributor1.4KViews0likes5CommentsLogin Loophole
Hi, I am stuck at a login loop. I paid a 1-year subscription on September and I cannot login to my LogMeIn Center to Manage My Networks. I start at the LogMeIn login page (https://www.logmein.com/ -> Login). Then I enter my username and the login suddenly changes to tell thay I will be redirected to authenticate. The redirection sends me to GoTo to verify my ID Once I verify, it sends me back to the LogMeIn home site, without being logged in. In my GoTo account it says I have no products/subscriptions, but I do have myLogMeInreceipt. I don't know how to log in and manage mynetworks.Danig22 years agoNew Member2.6KViews0likes3CommentsAutoCad authentication conflict with Logmein
On the current release of AutoCad and the past several releases there has been an issue while trying to authenticate AutoCad subscription. You get an error: Error: "The License manager is not functioning or is improperly installed" on systems with LogMeIn installed AutoDesk has found this to be an issue between itself and Logmein. The patch is to disable Logmein, license Autocad, then reenable Logmein. While this works it is a pain. If you want to license Autocad while remote you cannot. Because, of course, you have disabled Logmein. See more about it from AutoDesk here:https://knowledge.autodesk.com/search-result/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/Error-The-License-manager-is-not-functioning-or-is-improperly-installed-AutoCAD-LT-will-shut-down-now-with-LogMeIn-installed-on-machine.htmlSolvedrandallcorn2 years agoActive Contributor7.9KViews2likes16Comments
