Embed GoToWebinar Registration Forms
Please add the ability to embed GoToWebinar's registration forms onto websites. I want to add a webinar's registration form onto our website so that all of our marketing materials point users to our website (not an independent registration form that is separate from our website). A huge component of doing webinars is either for marketing or client retention purposes - so, businesses want to drive users to their own website to further promote the product/service. Having the ability to embed the registration directly onto the business website would be a natural offering. Further to this extent, being able to toggle on/off different components of the registration form (like the title and promo text, logo, etc) would be helpful depending on what information/layouts businesses already have on their pages to promote the webinar would be even more helpful, essentially allowing it just to be the form part of the registration, allowing businesses to brand and market the webinar using their own layout and formatting. Thank you for your consideration!kcalphoto2 months agoActive ContributorReviewed by moderator95Views0likes1CommentIs there a way to switch off the camera of another participent?

We do webinars for a closed customer base. They often will have 1 person at the business register and will watch as a group in the conference room. The customers have requested the ability to receive multiple certificates off the single registration by adding additional attendees to the single registration link. At least having a list of attendees to create certificates for even if they are not marked as additional attendees officially would be a great feature. All certificates could be emailed to the single email on the registration, but if the person could add emails also, then each could receive follow-up emails separately.MLRimss2 months agoNew MemberNew112Views0likes2CommentsAdding HTML Link To Post-Webinar Survey

Hello, it would be very good if I could ask for the gender directly when registering people, and right at the beginning when the surname and first name have to be entered. This would make it easier to follow up, as you could then automatically address the registered person with the correct gender (which becomes more and more important in Germany). The option of doing this via a custom question at the end of the registration process is not very useful, as it is spatially separated from the surname/first name. Please consider incorporating this into your registration form. Thank you very much! Dear GoToWebinar Team, I'd like to propose a feature enhancement that I believe would significantly increase the effectiveness of our webinars, and I'm sure many other users would benefit from it as well. Feature Proposal: Timed Call-to-Action (CTA) Links for Pre-Recorded Webinars Use Case: Many of us utilize GoToWebinar to present sales pitches, educational content, and other valuable information to our audience. Oftentimes, during these presentations, we want to direct our attendees to a specific action, like signing up for a service, buying a product, or visiting a particular webpage. For instance, during a 60-minute sales presentation, there might be a segment at the 55-minute mark where the presenter shares a URL for attendees to visit and make a purchase. The challenge is that not every attendee might remember or note down the URL at that exact moment. Having a clickable link show up in real-time, coinciding with the mention in the presentation, would make it more convenient for attendees and could potentially lead to higher conversion rates. Proposed Feature Details: Timed CTA: Within the GoToWebinar dashboard, when uploading or selecting a pre-recorded webinar, users can set specific timestamps where they'd like a CTA/link to appear. Customizable CTA Text & URL: Users should have the flexibility to customize the text and the URL of the CTA to make it relevant to their content. Visibility Duration: Provide an option for how long the CTA remains visible. For example, if I set a CTA at the 55-minute mark, I might want it to be visible for the next 5 minutes or until the end of the webinar. Analytics: Incorporate tracking for how many attendees clicked on the CTA, which can be invaluable data for webinar hosts. Mobile & Desktop Consistency: Ensure that this feature is seamlessly integrated across both mobile and desktop versions of the viewer interface. Implementing this feature could greatly enhance the interactivity and conversion rate for many pre-recorded webinars. It would offer presenters an additional layer of engagement with their audiences, making the webinar experience more dynamic and result-driven. Thank you for considering this suggestion. I believe that this feature would be a valuable addition to the already robust set of tools GoToWebinar provides. I look forward to hearing your thoughts and am more than willing to provide further feedback or details if needed. Hi Goto, I am concerned, like many, about the shared links for paid webinars. I have noticed that some companies that also provide webinars (paid as well), one in particular seem to limit that altogether by having a person's email connected to their webinars (paid/free) under their dashboard. Perhaps that's something GoToWebinar will consider to avoid link sharing. This particular platform does the following: For webinars (free/paid) you sign in/up with your email to create an account Then once you attend, scheduled webinars are in the future, and past events you've attended are listed in the past Any events you have signed up for through this particular platform are under your email account. I was able to sign into the account with my email at the same time under the same browser but with a private page. Not sure how this works with signing in through social media either. So I can assume that access can be granted if someone shares their email account credentials for this platform for access. At any rate, I think it's a start to look into alternative ways to protect user content/paid webinars on GoToWebinar other than sharing links. Just a thought.CamStar6 months agoNew Member465Views0likes1CommentApproval emails, add the webinar number and the email address to that approval email.
We require approvals to enter our webinars. The approval email provides the requesters name but no email address. This helps us to identify who the person is. We also have multiple webinars with the same name throughout the day and the email shows the registrants time not the time of the local webinar, therefore, adding the webinar number to that email will identify the exact webinar they are trying the enter.
