Who does this affect?
- Admins who allow Rescue by IP Range. It’s critical to add the new IP range to your Firewall/Proxy to avoid disruption with the service. Below is the new range and the link to our current IP ranges for your reference.
- It is recommended that you allow the new IP address ranges as soon as possible. However, it’s critical to add the IPs to your Firewall/Proxy on or after May 14th, 2022 to avoid disruption with the Recue service.
New Range:
- CIDR Notation: 158.120.16.0/20
- Numeric IP Range: 158.120.16.0 - 158.120.31.255
- Net-mask Notation: 158.120.16.0 255.255.240.0
