  • Instant remote support is a very useful tool that simplifies assistance for remote users, in 2024 I hope it will be updated for greater stability

    Please find the below my feedback about the product features released in 2023.
    1) one of the simplest and greatest remote session product like self-service Single Sign-On (SSO);out-of-band (OOB) remote management features;supports the ChromeOS operating system;multi-factor authentication options;Live Translation (powered by Google) Chat feature.
    2)its price, user-friendly interface, and tons of features.
    3)It is a comprehensive solution that facilitates remote management of devices.
    4)Easy to deploy.

    the product which we using is the best 

    we using logme rescue which is helping us in solving all my IT problem,

    all my engineers are loving the product it safes lot time 

     

    Good Job Rescue Team !!! we are enjoying the product 🙂

    • Unattended remote connection is more helpful to complete the troubleshooting task even though end user is not available on systems. 
    • One of the great feature is "Calling Card" , it is really helping user to initiate the support request.
    • Interface is easily understandable even thought you are very new to LogMeIn.
    • Transferring file between Technician and user system very easy and simple.
  • LogMeIn Rescue has saved us countless times. From users unable to VPN in and therefore not able to be controlled (or work for that matter) to users unable to communicate what is currently on the screen and a pair of eyes remotely saves so much time, you have allowed us to continue forth.

    One thing I'd like to see is the ability to always request elevated permissions for each session. Even if it has to prompt the user, but remoting in, then asking to elevate and then finally connecting would just save a step. I get it that the user COULD run the software as admin and skip the step, but I don't expect a user to do that.

  • As a Service Desk Analyst, assisting colleagues around the globe, LogMeIn Rescue made our lives easier.

    1. Easy Remote-Control Access - with this feature we are able to remote into colleagues' machine much faster and provide assistance efficiently.

    2. Flexibility - ability to connect not just on colleagues' desktop/laptop but also to their mobile phones thru Rescue Lens

    3.  Multi Monitor Access - with this feature, we are able to access multiple monitors as if we are working on our own desktops.

    4. Multiple User Connection - with this feature, we are able to assist more colleagues in need of assistance and making our day more productive. 

     

    In 2024, we are hoping to see more amazing features like:

    1. Connectivity - Since the colleagues were able to install the LogMeIn app on their laptops, we hope that the disconnection from our end to colleagues will be reduced. 

    2. LogMeIn Prompt - there are times that the LogMeIn prompt was not able to notice, we are looking forward to providing highlight to this function.

    2) Files Transfer feature is really amazing
    3) Clear UI, which gives clear structure of other tools
    4) Good Performance even some poor network
    5) Good Connectivity methods to take remote, It's really helps others to understand even if they don't know.
