Mac users, you can now use your Touch Bar to control in-session features! This release includes other improvements and bug fixes.
Highlights:
- Mac Touch Bar support
- Session time increased to one hour when organizer experiences technical difficulties
- Bug fixes and minor changes
Rollout plan:
- This build was deployed to customers beginning March 8 and ends March 15, 2019.
What's New?
Mac Touch Bar Support
- Mac users can now use the Touch Bar to turn on and off in-session features including webcam, audio, shared screen, and more. The Touch Bar will update with available features once users are in session and the desktop app is in focus. Note that some icons may be grayed out if the feature has been disabled by the organizer.
- Note: The Screen icon on the Touch Bar is missing on meetings without "open presenter mode" and on webinars and trainings.

Session Time Increased to One Hour when Organizer Experiences Technical Difficulties
- When organizers experience technical difficulties or network issues, the session will now end after an hour unless the organizer rejoins. Previously, the session ended after 5 minutes.
Bug Fixes & Minor Changes:
- Fix for users being prompted with the "Poor network quality" tip when switching audio modes
- Fix for users unable to go from drawing tools to a cursor when clicking the ESC key
- Fix for the app crashing when users checked their sound while the audio engine failed to run
- Fix for CMD+Shift+M toggling the Window menu rather than the audio status on Macs
- Fix for intermittently missing webcams
- Fix for GoToWebinar Mac presenters seeing the GoToMeeting icon when selecting a screen to share
- Fix for GoToWebinar organizers unable to view asked questions when the Questions pane was undocked
- Fix for Mac attendees seeing black thumbnails in the "Share my screen" window when in full screen mode
- Fix for the Mac "Session Ended" windows launching in another monitor display when in full screen mode
- Fix for the Mac app freezing when users quickly started and stopped screen sharing from the Grab Tab
- Fix for the screen sharing icon intermittently displaying the wrong status on Macs
- Fix for the incorrect "webinar" and "training" gender displaying in German, French, Spanish, Italian, and Portuguese on Macs
- Fix for truncated German text in the Mac Invite window
- Fix for a blank Audience View pane when two Mac attendees attempted to share their screen at the same time
- Font size fix in the Windows Recording Manager for users on a high DPI screen
- Cosmetic fix for the GoToMeeting icon in the Welcome Mat ("GoToMeeting Suite" window)
- Cosmetic fix for GoToMeeting Preferences dialog when monitors have a 1920x1080 resolution and a DPI setting of 150%
- Unused GoToWebinar and GoToTraining icon sizes have been removed to reduce the app download size
- Mac logs will now save the .crash and .hang files along with .log files
- Mac attendees will now be prompted with one "Session Ended" window with a feedback survey
- The locked Hallway ("Waiting for organizer to unlock this meeting" screen) has been updated with the correct German text
- Panama now shows the correct flag icon
- Users will experience faster join times and audio connection time
- Some Korean and Chinese text have been restored
- Platform and engine upgrades have been made to the following:
- Audio Engine v2.1
- Platform v2019.2.0
- Video Engine v2.22
