This release includes platform and engine upgrades and updates to keyboard shortcuts and tabbed navigation while keyboard and mouse sharing. Read on to learn more.

Rollout plan:
- This build was deployed to customers starting Aug. 1 and ends Aug. 7, 2019.
What's New?
Keyboard Shortcuts and Tabbed Navigation Disabled during Keyboard and Mouse Sharing (Windows)
- Keyboard shortcuts and tabbed navigation is now disabled when a user is given keyboard and mouse control. This is because the local shortcuts are no longer active when remote control is enabled. To allow accessibility features again, the user will need to stop keyboard and mouse control or click somewhere within the Control Panel.
Platform and Engine Upgrades
- The desktop platform has been upgraded to v2019.7.0 and the audio engine has been upgraded to v19.11. These upgrades provide overall improvements and bug fixes including:
- Higher audio quality in poor network conditions
- Fix for app intermittently crashing due to audio engine
Bug Fixes & Minor Changes:
- Fix for the app intermittently crashing when users clicked Alt+F4 to close out of some dialogs (e.g., Join dialog, Meeting History menu, etc.)
- Fix for the app hanging when users clicked out of the Sign In window
- Fix for users unable to schedule a meeting with built-in GoToMeeting audio when language was set to French or Italian
- Fix for Call Me intermittently failing
- Fix for GoToMeeting using extra power which caused faster battery drain and fan noises
- Fix for the app hanging and users seeing a "GoToMeeting experienced technical difficulties" error message
